I have no idea when this was filmed but for those of you who don’t understand mandarin, look below for my translation.
“Happy New Year to everyone, I'm Kipi. Chinese New Year is just around the corner and Kipi is here to offer her greetings. Kipi wishes everyone good health, prosperity and may you be happy everyday. Please continue to support Kipi’s cosplays”
I cringed at her mandarin pronounciations but I liked how she spoke japanese. No act-cute syndrome. Me likes :D
